How long does delivery take?

Peninsular Malaysia : 3 – 5 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.

Sabah / Sarawak : 3 – 7 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
*During Holidays processing times may take up to 5 days.
How can I get my shipping information?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send you an email containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track of the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam box/junk mail in case it’s there!
Can I change my order or address after purchase?
Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at jomiori.my@gmail.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.
I received my order, but one of the items is missing. What should I do?
If this happens, kindly email us your order detail information to jomiori.my@gmail.com. Information required:

You have to tell us about the missing item within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel. You will have to ship the items back to us, and we will try to return the complete order to you as quickly as possible. If you want a refund, the process will take about 2 months. Again, we don’t like to keep our customers waiting, so we will try our very best to speed the process up!
Can I self-collect?
No. At the moment we are solely operating via online.
Can you expedite my delivery process?
Our delivery process is based on First Come First Served basis.
